These terms apply when you browse the Coastflow store, place an order or use our customer-support services. Coastflow is an Australian-owned online brand. The legal seller for your order is identified on the order confirmation and tax invoice.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Any GST and delivery charges that apply to your order are shown at checkout before payment.

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. An order is not complete until payment is accepted by the payment provider and the order is accepted by the store.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may need to cancel or refuse an order where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, stock problem, delivery restriction or another genuine reason that prevents fulfilment.

If we cancel an order after payment and no goods are supplied, the relevant payment will be refunded.

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, pricing and availability accurate. Minor differences can occur between screen colours, photography and the physical product.

Filtration, compatibility, cartridge-life and certification claims are published only to the extent supported by the product information and documents available for the exact Coastflow product.

Tap compatibility depends on the physical tap, thread, aerator, clearance and the adapters supplied with the product. Use the fit guide before ordering and contact us with a clear tap photo if you are unsure.

A visual fit check can reduce uncertainty but cannot replace physical inspection of the connection. Final installation must follow the instructions supplied with the production unit.

Standard shipping is free Australia-wide. Orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day. Standard delivery usually takes 2–6 business days after dispatch; regional and remote destinations may take longer. Express shipping is not offered at launch. These delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly say otherwise.

Our voluntary change-of-mind return arrangements are stated on the Returns & Warranty page. Those voluntary terms are separate from rights that may apply under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Replacement cartridges are consumable products. Any change-of-mind restrictions for opened or used cartridges will be stated clearly before purchase, without limiting rights that apply to faulty goods.

Promotions, bundles, discount codes and sale prices may have additional conditions shown with the offer. We do not guarantee that every promotion can be combined with another offer.

Coastflow does not currently require a subscription to buy the launch filter. If optional cartridge subscriptions are introduced later, renewal frequency, price, cancellation and billing terms will be shown before enrolment.

The Coastflow name, site design, product photography, graphics, copy and other original site content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may use the site for personal shopping and information, but not reproduce or commercially exploit the content without permission.

We may update, correct or temporarily suspend parts of the store. If a material error affects an order, we will contact the customer and take the appropriate next step rather than relying on the incorrect information.

We may update these terms as the store, products and services evolve. The version published when you place an order applies to that order, subject to applicable law.
