how to install coastflow
before you start
- ·check your tap fits — a round threaded spout with a removable aerator. pull-out hose taps and square spouts are out. see the fit guide →
- ·unwrap the box and check the filter, replaceable cartridge, 6 faucet adapters and adapter key.
- ·keep a cloth handy — clearing the aerator spills a little water.
- ·use municipal tap water within 5–50°C and 0.1–0.4 MPa. do not allow the unit to freeze.
troubleshooting
- ·dripping at the thread? stop using the filter, remove it, check the adapter and gasket seating, then refit without forcing the threads.
- ·flow feels different? the unit is rated for 1.0 L/min at a working pressure of 0.1–0.4 MPa. if your supply is outside that range, stop and contact support.
- ·first use — or after more than 2 days without use — run filtered water for 60 seconds before using it for drinking or cooking.
